• Birth details — date, time, and place of birth for Kundali generation
• Chat history — questions asked and responses received
• Payment information — processed securely through Razorpay (we do not store card details)

• Generate your Vedic birth chart (Kundali) using VedAstro API
• Provide AI-powered astrology readings via Anthropic Claude API
• Send you messages on WhatsApp via Meta WhatsApp Cloud API
• Process subscription payments via Razorpay
• Improve our services and user experience

3. Third-Party Services

We share necessary data with the following third-party services:

• VedAstro — birth details for chart calculation
• Anthropic (Claude API) — chart data and questions for AI responses
• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — messages for WhatsApp communication
• Razorpay — payment processing
• MSG91 — mobile OTP delivery

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Your Rights (DPDP Act Compliance)

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — Request deletion of your account and all associated data

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours as required by the DPDP Act.

8. Children's Privacy

Destiniq is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
